Where can I get more Corpbasics Classes?
People rapidly find that they enjoy the one class at their gym, and want to know where to find more.
Please refer to our selected fitness partners for a full schedule of Corpbasics’ classes and locations.
What can I do to supplement the classes I take?

Depending on your specific injury you may want to march instead of jog, use lighter hand weights or avoid jumping during class. You should always notify your Corpbasics’ instructor of any injuries you have before class. They can give you specific modifications to suit your needs.
I’m a gym owner. How do I bring Corpbasics’ classes to my facility?
You can send an email to Liz at Corpbasics@yahoo.com. Liz will find an instructor to teach at your location or run a certification class to teach your instructors how to teach our classes.
