Offered in 30 minute and 60 minute sessions, you can workout with your fitness trainer up to 3 times per week.
Scheduling
Ideally working with a fitness trainer 3 times a week is best, however due to the hustle and bustle of today's business lifestyle most Corpbasics clients do opt for 1 - 2 sessions per week.
Once you have purchased a training package we will contact you to schedule your first appointment. During your initial session you will be asked to fill out a brief health questionnaire and then have a short consultation with your trainer. During the consultation your trainer will ask about your goals and review any potential concerns highlighted on your questionnaire. From there, the two of you will establish a training schedule that best meets your needs.
Please Note: If you need to reschedule your appointment, 24-hour notice is required to avoid being charged for the session.
