
We offer group fitness classes 7 days a week. We have both morning and evening and night classes that are sure to fit your schedule. Our classes are perfect for both men and women and suit all fitness levels (beginner through advanced).
Scheduling
We do recommend that you sign up for classes online ahead of time if you want to be guaranteed a spot. Once you purchase a class package from your gym, visit our weekly class schedule to pre-register for the class of your choice. You can register up to a week in advance.
Please Note: We require 24 hours notice to cancel your registration without being charged for the class.
