Meet Our Master Instructors
Alyssa is passionate about fitness and healthy Living. Alyssa began her serious pursuit of fitness in the fall of 1998. At that time, fitness and healthy living was a choice. It became her focus and discipline that was never to be compromised. She began a strict regimen of weight lifting, cardiovascular training, as well as healthy eating. The more she learned; the more focused she became. According to Alyssa, “My experience, my motivation was not the end result. It was the commitment to change that kept me focused; it was change that led to results.” Outside of fitness Alyssa works as an elementary special education teacher servicing students in grades 2-4.
