Our special programs are a great way to benefit from the professional instruction of a personal trainer at a lower cost. We often find that clients tend to be more motivated when they workout with others as a team.
Offered as a 60-minute class for up to 3 people, our Work It Out and Mothers' Hours programs are available over a 12-week period. Though many Corpbasics clients prefer to be paired up with family, friends or coworkers, our trainers are also able to match you up with other fitness-centric clients who need a workout partner.

The Work It Out program is a 12 week semi-private training program designed to keep you motivated and get you in shape.
Mothers' Hours
Offered at a reduce rate, whether you are a mom or just have the flexibility in your schedule to workout any time from 9am - noon, Monday through Friday, this may be the perfect program for you!
