Corpbasics New Jam'n Cardio KIX is the most exciting class Corpbasics has to offer it's a Martial Art Fitness class that puts several musical patterns together in to what we call a musical form. These moves are performed continuously to develop cardiovascular fitness, agility and quickness through. A connection is formed between your mind and your body as you learn the ins and outs of your physique. Each one of these drills / moves are choreographed to the latest music.
We offer two levels of this class. One for beginner/intermediate clients. In this class routines will be broken down weekly to help you learn the moves and get up to speed. The advanced class is for those who have been taking Jam'n Cardiokix for a while. This class has a faster pace and we only stop to breakdown new routines.

If you're looking to improve your muscular endurance, flexibility and body alignment, look no further than this conditioning workout. Using weights and/or body bars, this class will help you improve your cardio endurance while strenghting your core.
This is an aggressive, weight lifting style workout featuring high-intensity conditioning and power moves specifically designed to work your entire body.
Combining Cardio KIX, Cardio CUTZ, and core conditioning, this 60-minute class is a great way to build your cardio endurance while using isometric training to strength your core.
A Japanese art form meaning "the way of fist," this class incorporates kicking, striking, and blocking techniques aimed to develop your flexibility, strength, and self- awareness.
Experience the ultimate boxer's workout. This class incorporates boxing techniques with cardio and conditioning drills to maximize calorie burning and help you develop both upper and lower body strength. We use heavy bags, boxing gloves and focus mitts to give you a well rounded work out. Finish up with ab exercises to keep your core strong and tone.
